ICAPITAL Investment Joint Stock Company (PTC), formerly Post Office Housing Construction Company, was established in 1976. In 2004, the Company transformed its business model to operate under a shareholding model. The company specializes in civil, industrial construction and specialized works in Post and Telecommunications, production of telecommunication cables and plastic pipes according to European standards. The company has the advantage of being a member of VNPT Group, so PTC has the support of the Group in terms of capital, distribution channels and attracting potential customers. About 70% of the company's projects are from VNPT Group. The company has a land advantage. The company's headquarters is located in Hoang Mai District, Hanoi with an area of 7,568 m2 and industrial park land is located on Lang - Hoa Lac Street with an area of about 40,000 m2. The company owns 5 production lines of cable protection plastic pipes, with a total capacity of 7,000 tons of plastic powder/year. Plastic door products with steel core and plastic panels according to European standards, production capacity of 700 tons of products/ year. On December 15, 2008, PTC officially traded on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (hose).
