Vinaconex 21 Joint Stock Company (V21), formerly known as Architectural Team II of Ha Tay Architecture Company, was established in 1969. The company moved to operate under the model of a joint stock company in 2004. The main business activities of the company are construction and real estate business. Construction and installation activities are the company's strong activities, revenue from these activities always accounts for a large proportion of total revenue. In addition, V21 currently has 03 commercial concrete mixing plants with a total capacity of 140m3/h. Construction services and commercial concrete products of the Company have affirmed the brand and won the trust of customers and partners. In addition to the role as an investor for large-scale real estate business projects, in construction and installation activities, the Company has also won the bid and been allowed to implement key national projects. Some key projects that the company has been building, upgrading and renovating such as: Extending Lang - Hoa Lac Expressway; Internal Road of Dai Tu Industrial Park; Ring Road 3; Ha Dong Market, Uong Bi Coal Company... On April 21, 2010, V21 was officially traded on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
