Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (VCG), formerly known as Foreign Construction and Service Company, was established in 1988 under Decision No. 1118 BXD/TCLĐ of the Ministry of Construction. In 2006, the Company equitized with an initial charter capital of VND 1,500 billion. The main business areas of the company are: Construction of civil, industrial, transportation, irrigation works, hydropower works; Production of construction materials; Investment and real estate business The company is one of the leading contractors in the field of construction and installation. Vinaconex is one of the enterprises operating in the field of construction with the highest market capitalization. The company has the advantage of being both a contractor and a direct construction unit. The company has participated in national key projects such as Buon Tur Srah hydropower project, Buon Kaup hydropower project, Cua Dat hydropower project, T2 terminal project – Noi Bai airport, Nhat Tan bridge, National Convention Center, Hanoi Museum, Lang Hoa Lac highway...VCG was listed on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (hose) from December 2020.
